Privacy and Media
Respect the privacy and consent of others.
We are not following any formal rule about information (such as the Chatham House Rule). Attendees, including journalists, may share information they hear at the summit.
Some attendees may have stickers on their badges indicating that they do not want to be photographed or recorded. Please respect these indicators. However, the absence of a sticker does not imply blanket consent; always respect verbal requests not to be photographed or recorded.
Do not enter or photograph bedrooms or sleeping areas that are not yours without explicit permission.
Health and Safety
If you have a contagious illness, please either do not attend or wear a mask, remain outdoors, and keep a safe social distance.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
No illegal substances in event spaces and respect age restrictions for alcohol.
Site Guidelines
Respect quiet hours after 10pm in Rat Park and in building C.
Everyone on-site must have a ticket, the only exception being children under the age of 12.
Any children under the age of 18 must have a responsible adult accompanying them at all times.
No non-human animals without explicit organizer permission.
Enforcement
Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event at any time.
If you experience or witness a violation, please report it to the organizers.
